Devraj the former Vice President – Eastern Europe SSP Global Energy Solutions Ltd and Member of the Global Advisory Board Strategic Swiss Partners AG. Currently, the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Terraflux Oil Company registered in Abu Dhabi, with HQ in Dubai.

Devraj was a member of the Global Advisory Board and Vice President of SSP Global Energy Solutions Ltd for Central and Eastern Europe, where he contributed his expertise and experience to Strategic Swiss Partners. Devraj headed several business consortiums in Asia operating in the sectors of power, energy, and real estate. He brought knowledge of private banking and financial instruments and, as an established venture capitalist, managed his own diverse portfolio of investments. During his early 30s, Devraj worked for the World Bank in the US and served for over three years in the upper management of a Middle Eastern sovereign fund based in Zurich.

Devraj is originally from Singapore and speaks several languages fluently. He was educated both in the UK and the US, where he graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration in the state of Illinois. He has since spent the last 20 years in Central Europe and Russia during which time he has successfully supervised many acquisitions involving major Asian companies in Central and Eastern Europe markets. He was also advisor to an Asian government in resolving complex matters in Eastern Europe during the 1990s through to the 2000s. As of 13 of December 2017, he had been nominated by the members of the city council of Odessa, Ukraine, and appointed by authority of the mayor as the Foreign Direct investment Ambassador of the City of Odessa, Ukraine.
