
Tristan Helm is a specialist in resilience and mastering the art of self awareness. His techniques are utilized worldwide to shift perspectives & achieve powerful transformations, he has developed these techniques over the past 20 years by overcoming the effects of trauma and personal addictions along with his studies and work. He got his start working in group homes and at a detection facility while going to college.

While earning a degree in criminal justice, he developed a passion for psychology and began studying PTSD and mental health, learning the way the brain reacts to certain stimuli, he used that base knowledge to learn how to help others overcome most mental barriers, develop coping skills and heal. He is a national best-selling author with writings such as “After Midnight – finding your inner beauty”, “Surviving Death – A Look at Grief”, and co-writing with his wife in the volume series “Cracking the Rich Code” with Jim Britt and Kevin Harrington endorsed by Tony Robbins. He has been training under the guiding eye of some of the most prominent entrepreneurial leaders in the world, such as Les Brown, Dame Didi Wong, and Manny Lopez. He is also an award-winning international speaker with an episode on the Amazon Prime show: SpeakUp in which he has worked as a producer and appeared on many platforms and podcasts featuring on NBC, ABC, Fox, and CBS. Along with his wife, Tristan has also coordinated and hosted a variety of live events for other companies.
