With over 30 years in data communications and IT networking, Serge Conesa has built a reputation as a visionary technologist redefining sustainability in the digital age. From expanding global telecom infrastructure to shaping energy policy innovation, Serge’s career has consistently blended technology with impact. In 2016, Serge launched Immersion4, becoming its Founder and Guardian. The company introduced DTM™ (Dynamic Thermal Management), a breakthrough in data center and electronic cooling technology. Recognized globally, Immersion4 earned the 2018 AEI Grand Prix Leonardo da Vinci, a Gold Medal at Geneva’s International Invention Exhibition, and two top honors at the ITU Telecom World 2019 Summit: Most Innovative Use of ICTs and Global SME Excellence.
In 2020, Immersion4 received the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label, placing it among the world’s most sustainable and profitable innovations. Most recently, in May 2025, Serge was awarded the Golden Excellence Award for Green-Tech Trailblazer by His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan in the UAE for his role in advancing sustainable energy and data sovereignty. Since 2011, Serge has championed smarter resource management through a system-based approach, offering real-time insights to optimize utility consumption from buildings to entire nations. He developed the Universal Assessment Platform (UAP), a SaaS solution for C-level executives and municipalities to unlock full value from smart energy investments. His vision—enhancing energy efficiency while preserving data integrity—aligns with national priorities. His work has been recognized as of National Interest to the United States, as it addresses critical needs in energy independence, climate resilience, and sustainable growth. Serge also brings vast experience from over 20 start-ups and major roles at Lucent Technologies, AT&T, Alcatel, and AMP, where he led M&A strategy, OEM agreements, and global sales development. Today, he’s building the Hlanganani Foundation Project, a platform where impact investment and collaboration meet, unleashing global knowledge to drive change.
