A great master of the “Op’Art” optical art and an iconographic monumentalist portrait artist, Marcos Marín has won the hearts of important royal families and the most important public and private collections in the world! His large and extremely captivating thematic exhibitions are framed by idyllic venues such as the gardens of the Casino de Monte Carlo, the Pont de l’Alma in Paris, the Archaeological Museum of Naples, Puerto Bannús Marbella, among many others . Owner of a unique artistic expression, he is a painter and sculptor and still diversifies into an infinity of techniques.
Throughout his 40-year career, Marín has had the support of great patrons such as Pierre Cardin, Stanley Ho of Macao and even HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco. Son of a filmmaker father and a singer mother, Marín was born in Brazil, had a career as a virtuoso pianist alongside his passion for the visual arts, which gives an extra spice to his creations.
