Born and raised in Kyiv, Liubov Orlikova has been a pioneering entrepreneur from an early age—launching her first company at just 16, as soon as it was legally possible. Her first venture was in website development, sparked by a rare ability—even in her teenage years—to look ahead and work with the future in mind. Back then, monitors looked like bulky boxes, and websites had to be built from scratch in simple notebook programs using raw HTML. But even with limited tools, Liubov saw limitless potential.

With a Computer Science background and a street-smart sensibility shaped by the complexities of post-independence Ukraine and the raw potential of a newly born country, she embodied the forward-thinking spirit of her homeland, always striving toward the new, the better, and the possible. From building websites, she transitioned into luxury travel, recognizing a profound need after the fall of the Iron Curtain. For many, international travel had once been unimaginable. Liubov worked with some of the most forward-looking business minds those eager to expand their horizons globally, from business to politics to the Forbes list, often collaborating with partners in the Middle East, a region just beginning its rise on the global stage in the early 2000s.

Her greatest transformation, however, came from personal upheaval. The most challenging chapter of her life began with the war in her home country, a war that cut deep, reaching into homes, businesses, families, and even into the bones. Refusing to give up, Liubov made a decisive move to Dubai, a city whose spirit of ambition and reinvention mirrored her own. She arrived with a powerful dream: not to fight battles on the field, but to win on a greater scale by building a future and uniting people across borders, backgrounds, and nationalities.
