The story of Yves Marcel and Gislaine: two worlds, one vision, one empire in Dubai. Yves Marcel was a computer engineer. For over ten years, he worked in the demanding world of software development and embedded systems. Brilliant, methodical, and solution-oriented, he was always fascinated by technology and the possibilities it offered to transform real life. But deep down, Yves dreamed of freedom, financial independence, and building a project that reflected his own vision. Gislaine was a passionate teacher. She loved to share her knowledge, support, and inspire. At school and in life, she demonstrated rare emotional intelligence and natural kindness. But after more than a decade in education, she felt the need to achieve something new, to challenge herself, and to create an entrepreneurial adventure that bore her signature style. The Common Trigger: It was during a trip to Dubai, where they had gone for a simple getaway, that everything changed. Seduced by the city’s dynamism and its tourist appeal, they had a revelation: join forces to create a high-end vacation home rental company. Their challenge: bringing two worlds together. Their differences could have been a hindrance, but they became their greatest asset: Yves Marcel thought in terms of data, ROI, automation, and profitability. Gislaine thought in terms of emotions, hospitality, decoration, and storytelling. At first, there were frequent conflicts. One wanted to move quickly, the other wanted to do things well. One talked about “occupancy rates,” the other about “customer experience.” But very quickly, they realized they had the perfect combination: head and heart, technique and interpersonal skills. Birth of their project: “Divine Grace Vacation Homes Rentals”. They launched “Divine Grace Vacation Homes Rental,” a luxury holiday home management company in Dubai, focused on customer experience, meticulous design, and invisible yet powerful technology.

Yves Marcel developed an optimized booking platform, managed process automation (check-in, dynamic pricing, reporting), and oversees real estate investments. Gislaine designed the ambiance of the accommodations, trained the staff to provide high-end service, personally responded to customer feedback, and managed brand communications. Their success and philosophy. Today, Divine Grace Vacation Homes Rentals has more than 60 properties under management, with a 97% customer satisfaction rate. They have recruited a loyal and multicultural team. With over four years of experience and a consistent occupancy rate of over 97%, customer satisfaction has always been a priority. But above all, Yves Marcel and Gislaine have kept their bond intact. They’ve established rituals: Business meetings in the morning, life as a couple in the evening. One weekend a month without talking about business. And every year, a trip to dream even bigger. The secret to their success? “He taught me to think like a strategist. I taught him to think like a host.“ — Gislaine “She sees what the numbers don’t show. I build what she imagines.“ — Yves Marcel
