Pamela Quinzi—widely recognized as The Cinderella of New York and Creative Director of the Kilame Collection—turned her media dream into reality with the launch of Wavesandrunways Digital Magazine in 2017. A fashion designer at heart with a passion for writing, PR, and storytelling, Pamela created a digital platform that blends her two worlds: fashion and media.

Born in Italy and relocating to the United States in 2009, Pamela today splits her time between New York City, Los Angeles, Italy, Ibiza, and Dubai. Inspired by her love of fashion, music, film, travel, and the natural world, she envisioned Wavesandrunways.com as a space where readers could discover top fashion brands, runway highlights, red-carpet celebrity interviews, editorials, and curated looks—seamlessly paired with features on global destinations, lifestyle, businesses, and culture.

As CEO of Melapa Fashion Inc., the New York–based company she founded in 2015, Pamela has specialized in PR, promotions, high-profile events, and international fashion shows. In 2019, she published her first book, The Cinderella of New York, and in 2025, her second book, Chapter 2, along with the children’s book Princess Mela, all available on Amazon.

In 2023, her vision expanded further when Wavesandrunways evolved from a digital platform into a beautifully crafted printed-on-demand publication, solidifying its place in the global fashion, business, and lifestyle landscape, shipped worldwide.
