Fondazione Costanza brought together international artists for the first edition of the prestigious Paris Grand PRIX at the Corrado Bortone Gallery in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

From July 7 to 10, 2026, Paris hosted the first edition of the Paris Grand PRIX International Award, an international celebration of art, culture, creativity, and talent held at the prestigious Corrado Bortone Gallery in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
Organized by Fondazione Costanza, led by President Alessandro Costanza and General Manager Filippo Lo Iacono, in cooperation with Costanza World Wide Corporation, the event welcomed and honored artists from around the world.
The Paris Grand PRIX officially opened on July 7 with an inauguration ceremony at the gallery, located at 13 Rue Mazarine, in one of the French capital’s most historic and culturally significant neighborhoods.

Art in the Heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés
The choice of Saint-Germain-des-Prés provided an extraordinary setting for the international event. Just a short distance from the gallery stands the iconic Pont des Arts, overlooking the Seine and facing the Louvre Museum, an area internationally recognized for its connection to art, cinema, literature, fashion, and Parisian culture.
The surrounding neighborhood is steeped in history. Nearby is the legendary Le Procope, one of Paris’s oldest cafés and restaurants and a celebrated meeting place for intellectuals and cultural figures throughout the centuries.
Saint-Germain-des-Prés has long attracted some of the world’s most influential names in art, literature, fashion, music, and entertainment. Its history has been associated with personalities including George Sand, Richard Wagner, Oscar Wilde, Karl Lagerfeld, Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel, Jacques Prévert, and Jim Morrison.
The neighborhood has also maintained a strong connection with contemporary fashion and international entertainment. Belgian designer Anthony Vaccarello, Creative Director of Yves Saint Laurent since 2016, is among the fashion figures connected to the area.
Over the years, the streets of Saint-Germain-des-Prés have also provided the backdrop for numerous international film and television productions involving stars such as Keanu Reeves, Javier Bardem, Lady Gaga, Jeremy Irons, Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Stanley Tucci, and Owen Wilson, as well as productions including Emily in Paris.
It was precisely this combination of history, culture, fashion, cinema, music, and artistic heritage that made the neighborhood a fitting destination for Fondazione Costanza’s international celebration.

An International Celebration of Artistic Excellence
At the center of the Paris Grand PRIX were artists representing different countries, cultures, and creative perspectives.
The initiative celebrated not only artistic achievement but also the human and professional qualities of the personalities selected for recognition.
The technical committee was chaired by Dr. Giada Eva Elisa Tarantino, art critic and historian. The committee was entrusted with identifying distinguished personalities whose artistic, professional, and human qualities made them deserving recipients of the Gran Premio Città di Parigi – Grand Prize of the City of Paris.
The international artists recognized during the initiative included:
Sandro Santo Aruta, Moreno Lonardi, Marco Troia, Orietta Blasizza, Ernesto Butticè, Antonella Gatti, Marzia Cotroneo, Giusy Maniscalco, Rossella Spinuzza, Ambo Makoto, Angelo Cannova, Ramon Rivas, Christy Mitterhuber, Bikkel Artist, Frédéric Steinlaender, Ralti, Suzana Alves da Silva, Lola Linares, Laima Perkauskienė, Erica Bren, Sukey Camacho, Jolanda Walther, and Robin Dubois.

International Media and Global Visibility
The Paris Grand PRIX also received international media exposure, extending the reach of the initiative beyond France and introducing its participating artists to a broader global audience.
International fashion designer, artist, publisher, and influencer Pamela Quinzi, founder of Melapa International, contributed to the international media and promotional visibility surrounding the event through her global network and communication platforms.
The collaboration created a connection between art, fashion, media, culture, and international communication, reinforcing the global vision behind the Paris Grand PRIX and Fondazione Costanza’s cultural initiatives.

Paris, Art and a Global Vision
With its first edition successfully held in one of Paris’s most iconic artistic neighborhoods, the Paris Grand PRIX brought together international creativity in a city that has influenced generations of artists, designers, writers, musicians, and cultural innovators.
Against the timeless backdrop of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the event became more than an awards presentation: it was an international meeting point where art, culture, history, fashion, and contemporary creativity came together in the heart of Paris.
The first edition marked an important new chapter for Fondazione Costanza, strengthening its international presence and its commitment to recognizing artists and personalities whose creativity and professional achievements contribute to contemporary culture on a global scale.
