The opening night of the Los Angeles Italia film festival organized by Pascal Vicedomini took place at the prestigious Chinese Theather on Hollywood Boulevard. Iconic actors Andy Garcia and Franco Nero were honored with the ‘LA Italian Legend Awards’.

Oscars winner Diane Warren received the ‘2019 LA Italia Humanitarian award’ for her song ‘I’ll Fight’.

Oscar Nominees Alan Murray, Tom Ozanich, Jason Ruder and Dean Zupancic for Best Sound Editor and Sound Mixers for the movie A STAR IS BORN, received the ‘2019 LA Italia Best Sound Mixing Award’.

American and Italians celebrities, filmakers, government officials and industry executives attended the event. Silvia Chiave, Consul General of Italy/Los Angeles, Actor and director Alessandro Preziosi, Actor Walter Nudo, Angela and Marianna Fontana, Oscar winner Bobby Moresco, Barry Morrow, Frank Mancuso, Cheryl Boone Isaacs.
